Processing Time
All items are made to order, which means production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your item has shipped.

Estimated Shipping Times

• United States: 3–7 business days

• Canada: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Wrong Address
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned, I can reship it to the correct address at your expense.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item (if applicable). I’ll do my best to resolve the issue and send a replacement if needed.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
