Refund policy

All items are made to order just for you, which means I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll gladly make it right.

To start a claim, please email mail.calchemist@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. I’ll work with my production partner to issue a replacement or refund where appropriate.
